If we can’t help you find a product you love to replace it, we’ll refund you the original purchase price, no questions asked (Our shipping cost will not be refunded).

Your guarantee covers you against:
- Case stitching coming apart
- Faulty workmanship during manufacture, such as holes or fabric flaws, feather/down escaping from the product, migration or clumping of filling
Claiming on your guarantee:
If you need to make a claim please email our Customer Services team (info@hamvay-lang.com). Proof of purchase is required.
Your guarantee won’t cover:
- Damage caused by abuse or unexpected wear and tear
- If there’s evidence of product abuse, misuse or use other than domestic by you or family
- If animals have been allowed to sleep or walk on the product
- Unsanitary duvets, pillows, mattress protectors or toppers
- Accidental damage; you may find that this type of damage is covered by your household contents insurance policy
- Any loss suffered as a result of not being able to use the product or any loss over and above the purchase price of the original item
- Servicing, inspecting or cleaning of the product, and failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions
- Deliberate damage or neglect of the insured product
Return Policy
- Please help us to better understand our customers and write a reason for return.
- Items that are made for custom sizes are non-returnable.
- All costs related to return shipping must be paid by the customer unless the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
- Due to the Coronavirus situation we cannot accept returns of non-defective down products or linens that are used, laundered, or soiled since we are legally obliged to destroy those. (Signs of usage are e.g. staining, hairs or other material attached to the fabric, odors, etc.)
- Returned linens (pillow protector, duvet cover, pillowcase) must be unused, unopened, in resalable condition, and in the original packaging.
- You can expect a credit within 7 days of our receiving your returned product.
